The checks we run, why they exist, and how to avoid scammers.
Why an address can be declined
We are required to screen addresses against international sanctions lists — this is the law, not a choice. If an address is on such a list, we cannot serve it.
Why there are pauses between operations
Short cooldowns between rapid operations protect honest users and us from automated abuse. If you hit one, just wait a little — the app shows when you can continue.
How not to get scammed
- We never write to you first. Any Stargate support that messages you first is fake.
- We never ask for your secret words (seed phrase). Nobody honest ever does.
- Our official bot is t.me/stargateton_bot and our support chat is t.me/stargate_bridge. Check the spelling letter by letter.
- Payouts come only to the address you gave in the order. We never ask you to send money to unlock a payout.
