Order statuses
What each status on the order screen means and what to do.
| What you see | What it means and what to do |
|---|---|
| Waiting for payment | We are waiting for your Stars payment or crypto transfer. Paid already? Give it a few minutes to attach. |
| Confirming | The network is double-checking your transfer. Just wait — usually a few minutes. |
| Payment review | We sometimes review large payments manually — usually it takes less than a day. No action needed; if it drags on, write to support. |
| Held | A large Stars swap is waiting out the Telegram 21-day refund window. The release date is on the order — or add a stake for instant release. |
| Sending | We are sending your coins to your wallet. Almost done — the network needs a few minutes. |
| Done | The swap is complete and the money is in your wallet. |
| Cancelled | The order was cancelled before payment. Start a new swap whenever you like. |
| Expired | No payment arrived in time, so the order closed itself. Nothing was charged — just start a new swap. |
Where to find your orders
Tap History in the bottom menu — every order and its status is there. The short order number (like #1a2b3c4d) is what support needs to find your swap.
