Where the rate comes from
The rate follows the live market and changes through the day, just like currency exchange rates do.
Our fee
The rate already includes our fee. The receive amount you see before confirming is final — that is exactly what arrives in your wallet. No separate fee lines, nothing added afterwards.
Why the quote expires
Market prices move every minute, so a quote is only guaranteed for a short time. If you wait too long, the app asks you to refresh — you always confirm the exact final amount, never an outdated one.
Network fees on payouts
Blockchain networks charge their own small delivery fee (called gas) for every transfer. It goes to the network, not to us — and it is already accounted for in the amount you confirm.
