How to send crypto to Stargate correctly and what happens next.
The deposit screen
After you confirm a swap, the app shows a deposit address and a QR code. You can pay straight from a connected wallet, or copy the address and send from any wallet you like.
The comment (memo) is a must — a comment (memo) is like the apartment number on an envelope. Without it your money arrives at our building, but we cannot tell whose it is. When the deposit screen shows a comment, always copy it with the copy button and include it in the transfer.
How long does the deposit take?
Networks double-check every transfer — these checks are called confirmations. Depending on the network it takes from a couple of minutes to about fifteen. The order screen counts the progress for you.
Sent a bit less or more?
If a slightly different amount arrives, the swap adjusts to what actually arrived — the receive amount is recalculated at the same rate. If the order does not move for a long time, write to support with your order number.
Send one transfer for the exact amount shown on the deposit screen — not several smaller ones.
