What is a stake and does it cost anything?
A refundable security deposit that unlocks instant Stars swaps. It is returned to you in full after 21 days — it costs nothing.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Stargate works right inside Telegram — your Telegram account is your login. On the web you sign in with the Telegram button.
What is a memo and why does it matter?
A comment attached to your transfer, like an apartment number on an envelope. Copy it exactly — without it we cannot match your payment automatically. Swapping crypto
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, while it is still waiting for payment. After the money arrives, the swap processes to the end.
Is Stargate safe?
Our on-chain vaults are public and anyone can inspect them. We never write first and never ask for your secret words. Safety and checks
Which coins are supported?
Telegram Stars, GRAM (TON network), ETH, and USDT — on Ethereum (ERC-20) or on TON (Jetton).
Is there a minimum or maximum amount?
The form tells you right away: if an amount is too small or too large, the app adjusts it or shows a hint before you pay.
